Update - July 18th, 2008

A new version of Planigle is now available. It includes the following changes:

• Added the concept of a release. Releases loosely contain iterations (an iteration is in a release if its time frame is at least partially in the release). Stories are associated with a release. Stories within an iteration might be associated with different releases. Iterations and stories can be filtered by release.
• Combined projects and individuals tab to create a People tab.
• Added ability to add a mandatory license agreement to the system (in preparation for opening the site up to a larger user base).
• Sped up log in by reducing number of requests / introducing indices.
• Changed remember me to skip login screen altogether.
• Added ability to track last login of an individual.
• Changed so that admin can change projects without logging out.
• Changed Projects to default to Private by Default (which means that stories will be visible in surveys only if the stories are made public). Previously this defaulted to private (requiring the user to change both the project and the stories).
• Made screens a little "tighter" (i.e., less space allocated to borders).
• Changed underlying requests for data to use AMF (more efficient than XML).
• Made interacting with projects more efficient.
• Fixed issue with editing individual with no project.
• Fixed bug in log out that did not blank out user name.
• Fixed bug in change individual which had resulted in more data retrieval than necessary.
• Removed HTML underpinnings (since obsolete).
• Fixed bug which allowed entry of task name longer than allowed.
• Fixed bug where story effort calculated from tasks was an integer (should be a float).
• Changed to not default to current user when creating stories (reverted to previous behavior).
